Love this item so many uses
The metal is thin and the edges are pretty sharp. I ran it through the dishwasher and it did not oxidize and it's magnetic so i do believe it's stainless steel. Overall pretty satisfied!
Wonderful idea, a gift for my mother-in-law. Saves time, made of good material. When ordering, you should pay attention to the size, there are different sizes. I accidentally bought one that was too small for her.

Very nice and wrll made dumpling maker. I have used it many times and it is easy to use and will likely last a long time. I used to do this by hand, and frankly, i like thay this press makes them all uniformly sized. They are easier to cook that way.
